The objective of this study is to examine the impact of remote work trends on recruitment, focusing on their effects on candidate attraction, job satisfaction, and overall recruitment outcomes. A survey design is selected for its ability to gather quantitative data from a large sample. Using Taro Yamane's formula, a sample size of 310 respondents is determined to ensure statistical significance. The case study is based in Port Harcourt, focusing on a technology company that has fully embraced remote work. The reliability coefficient score of 0.87 indicates high reliability. Findings reveal that remote work trends significantly enhance recruitment by attracting a larger talent pool and increasing job satisfaction. Recommendations include promoting remote work options in recruitment strategies and regularly assessing their impact on recruitment outcomes.
